ABOUT ME

I was born in and grew up in Toronto. I graduated from Glendon College, York University in 2012 with a B.A.Hons. in Philosophy & Psychology and a Certificate in Law & Social Thought. After I graduated, I got a job as an Assistant Marketing Manager and I completed my Digital Marketing Management Certificate at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies. After doing that for about two years, I decided it was time for something completely different, so I packed up and moved to Busan, South Korea to teach English for a year. Once I completed my contract, I went backpacking through most of East & Southeast Asia for six months, during which I decided to go back to Korea to teach for another year in Seoul. After this amazing experience, I travelled Australia, New Zealand and Europe for three months and finally came back to Toronto after nearly three years away. Once home, I decided to do a post-grad at Humber College in International Development, which led me to get a job at an NGO in Guatemala. I am currently living in Antigua working as the Grants and Communications Manager for Mercado Global.

MY PHOTOGRAPHY

My passion is travel photography. I want to capture the faces and sights of different places across the world. I believe that photography is global; it is one way that we can all unite. I love capturing and showing how the world changes and how each culture is vastly different. I think it is important to know how people on the other side of the world live their every day lives, so that hopefully we can have more compassion for each other and the world that we live in. I have participated in competitions and galleries and have won prizes for my work. I want to continue showing my photography to the world and improving my skills. My goal is to make photography more a part of my every day life.

The majority of my photos are taken with my Canon Rebel T1i.
